Summary:

Land Lookup is a text based service used to get information. The service starts off by searching using a PPIN, Parcel Number, Address, or Owner name. Then you get a list of results that you can scam threw to find the correct one. Once you click on that particular field it then will show information for that person. We also have a client viewer install so that you can also make a print out of the map if available for that person. Beginning Steps for Land Lookup

  1. Have one of the 6 items of information ready in order to use Land Lookup. They are: PPIN, New Parcel Number, Old Parcel Number, Owner name, Street Number, or Street Address.
  2. Now that you have information to start with, you can now click on one of the following buttons to search for that particular item.

Click PPIN = Search by Personal Property Identification Number

Click Parcel Number = Search by either New Parcel Number or Old Parcel Number

Click Owner name = Then you are searching for Owners name. Example (Doe, John)

Click Street or Address = Search by either Street Number or Street Name.

  1. Once you have place information in the correct place click on Search and it will populate the fields in the left lower frame.
  2. You then find the correct listing that you are looking for and click the name of that person that is underline and colored maroon.
  3. You should then get information in the right hand side of the screen.
  4. Once you are there you can click on any of the following links at the top to get more information.
